Applications accepted between December 1st and April 1st, unless noted.

To qualify, applicants must have a father or grandfather who is an Illinois Master Mason. There is no residency restriction for the applicant. The applicant must have a “B” average.  Applicant will receive the scholarship for one year only but may re-apply for additional years.


To qualify, applicants must plan to pursue a career in the health care field.


Named for Leon M. Abbott, Sovereign Grand Commander (1921-1932). The applicant must be a member of or directly related (bloodline or by legal means) to a Scottish Rite Mason in the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction. Also eligible are a members of youth organizations sponsored by the Masonic fraternity in the Northern Masonic Jurisdiction. The recipient must be either an undergraduate or graduate student attending an accredited college or university for the upcoming academic year. While all other scholarships require a B average, The Abbott has a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 grade scale.


To qualify, applicants must reside in the State of Illinois, be a relative of a Scottish Rite Mason, and attend Illinois Wesleyan University.

To qualify, applicants must be enrolled in an accredited college or university at either the undergraduate or graduate level, but must reside in Illinois.

 Colville Wilson Scholarship

The applicant must be pursuing a graduate degree in nursing or related health services for children serviced under Public Law: 94-142.

Illinois Masonic Outreach Service (IMOS) 

The IMOS Scholarship is given to Illinois Master Mason’s, Spouses, Widows, and Orphans for assistance in pursuing academic or trade school education. Applications are reviewed once a month throughout the year. IMOS is more than scholarships. Click here for details: IMOS

Illinois Masonic Youth Groups Scholarship

Applicants must be an active member of DeMolay, Job’s Daughters, and/or Rainbow Girls.  This scholarship is administered by The Grand Lodge of Illinois. Click here for details: Grand Lodge Youth Scholarship

ILLINOIS MASONIC CHILDREN’S ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (IMCAP) 

COWEN SCHOLARSHIP

IMCAP has partnered with Southern Masonic Lodges to provide the N. G. Cowen Scholarship for young adults in small towns in Southern Illinois that are planning to attend or are attending training in vocational or technical field. Click here for details: IMCAP
