Scottish Rite Recreation Area(SRRA)

The recreation area has a lodge with a dining room, porch, bunk rooms, restrooms with showers, it can be rented for day events or overnight stays. There is also a pavilion with a fire ring for outdoor events close to the Lodge.

The Campground has several campsites with electricity and water hookups. there are two fire rings for fellowshipping with other campers. Campers must be a member of the Scottish Rite or a guest of a member.

Membership in the Bloomington Scottish Rite Campers Club gives you reduced rates for camping and six newsletters a year. There are several club campouts with potlucks and other events during the camping season.  There are approximately 50 families in the club.

The recreation area is located at Lake Bloomington, about 10 miles north of Bloomington Normal
